Step 1 - Schedule your appointment with me (click below). If you already have an appointment scheduled, skip to Step 2. Please note: I use the same scheduling system, 'Patient Fusion,' to schedule in-office or on-line appointments. Furthermore, if you have an in-office appointment scheduled but would rather have your appointment on-line, you can easily do so by entering the Online Waiting Room (Step 2) at the time of your appointment.
Step 2 - Enter the online waiting room right before your scheduled appointment, and I will be with you shortly!
NOTE: Payment via credit/debit card is due at the appointment.
